Our Team

  • Kyle Belles

Kyle started in construction in his teens as a laborer and concrete finisher with a local concrete and paving contractor. He graduated from Penn State with a BS in Civil Engineering and immediately started his career in commercial construction in Northeastern Pennsylvania. In 2010, with the boom of the natural gas industry in the Marcellus Shale, he adapted his skills to oilfield construction and became Sr. Estimator & Project Manager across the Marcellus region with a variety of exploration & production clients. Subsequently, Kyle had the opportunity to broaden his experience in the energy field with the completion of a 1-gigawatt natural gas power plant. Today, Kyle utilizes his extensive 20+ years of experience in the industry to continue to push BPM to the forefront of civil construction in the region.

Working closely with project managers she ensures that financial planning aligns with the company's long-term goals.  Ms. Gemberling holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Wilkes University. Charleen has over 10 years of experience in an office setting along with environmental, trucking, and oil field experience.

  • David Keller Jr

Dave has been with Belles Property Management since its inception date in 2016. He began as laborer and quickly found his niche working with concrete. In 2019 Dave became the foreman of the concrete crew until the fall of 2024 when he took on the Assistant Project Manager role. Along with his construction experience Dave has a background in the electrical field.

In 2015 along with his father Kevin, Kyle founded Belles Property Management to construct and maintain local hunting properties and clubs, including their own. Unfortunately, Kevin was diagnosed with ALS in the fall of 2015 necessitating a change in direction for the business and the family. In June of 2016 both Kyle and Kevin left their positions- Kevin to retire and focus on his health, Kyle to lead BPM into the commercial construction industry. Tragically, Kevin passed in March of 2017.  Nevertheless, Belles Property Management has continued to grow and adapt under Kyle’s leadership.

In Loving Memory of Kevin Belles
